The following Terms and Conditions apply to all new websites purchased

1. While you do not have to have all your content and images ready when you place the order, YourWordPressExpert.com cannot be held responsible for delays caused as a result of not having received required information from the client. ‘Required Information’ includes feedback on work already carried out by YourWordPressExpert.com
2. YourWordPressExpert.com refuses to create sites of an adult nature or of questionable morality. Determining whether a site is “adult in nature” or of “questionable morality” (e.g. promoting prejudice) is at the discretion of YourWordPressExpert.com. If we identify your site to fall under either of these categories during the requirements stage you will receive a full refund. If however, this fact is hidden from us during development, you will receive a refund proportional to the work outstanding on your site once it is discovered. Additionally we will not hand over the work we have already completed. If you are in any doubt as to whether we would consider your site to fall under either of these categories, then please contact us prior to ordering.
3. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they have purchased a domain name and secured suitable hosting services for their website.
4. The 100% Money Back Guarantee only applies to the packages, if you select additional charged for options such as extra pages, images, plugins etc these elements do not come with our money back guarantee. This applies even if you change your mind before we deliver your website or if you request your money back for the package.
5. The 100% Money Back Guarantee applies up until the client signs off the site. Once sign-off occurs the site is at that point transferred to the clients hosting account by YourWordPressExpert.com. Before this it will be hosted on our servers.
6. The 100% Money Back Guarantee can be claimed up to 56 days from initial purchase of the site (i.e. when the client purchases the package). Note that if the client provides all content, images and requirements when placing their order, the site will be completed 7, 14, 21 or 28 days (duration depends on the package) from placing their order.
7. If after 180 days (from purchase) the client has not signed off the site, YourWordPressExpert.com will send an email to the client giving them 14 days to provide any missing content, images, links, feedback, domain name and hosting account details so that the site maybe completed. After this 14 days has elapsed YourWordPressExpert.com will spend no longer than the quoted delivery timescale for the package working on the website. Such work includes migrating the website to the clients web hosting account. If the client is unable to provide all of the required information within this 14 day window, the site will be removed from our development servers and a refund will not be given.
8. As part of this package you may only select plugins from our approved list. If you would like us to install and configure other plugins this can be done for an additional fee.
9. Note that not all plugins work on all themes, so your selected plugins may not work on your chosen theme.
10. For those clients purchasing the business package, YourWordPressExpert.com will create a favicon. This can only be done if you provide us with your logo or other non-copyright image. A favicon is a small image (16px x 16px) that is displayed to the left of your website address in a web browser, though can be seen other places too depending upon the browser being used. Because it’s so small often we will use just the first letter or initials of your brand or the graphic from the logo.
11. These packages do not include entering content into any posts. If you do not need to use all of the ‘pages’ within the package, then we can populate a post instead of a page. If you have previously been blogging and have lots of posts to migrate from elsewhere, then please contact us for a quote so that we could add them to your site in bulk.
12. Delivery timescales quoted start from the point we have all of your requirements, content, images etc.
13. YourWordPressExpert.com is not responsible for any lost emails. So that you can be sure we have your email YourWordPressExpert.com seeks to respond to all client emails in a timely manner. If you do not receive a response from us within 2 working days, please contact us again as it maybe that your email did not get to us.
14. If there is already a website at the domain specified for the new website install, it is the clients responsibility to make a back up of the old site should they wish to keep the files relating to it.
15. YourWordPressExpert.com takes no responsibility for damage caused to the website or hosting account as a result of a theme or plugin installed on the new WordPress site. This extends to themes or plugins recommended by YourWordPressExpert.com.
16. Customizations made to the Theme or Plugins maybe lost if a theme or plugin is updated, as the updated file from the Theme or Plugin author may overwrite the code changes made by us. YourWordPressExpert.com accepts no liability for customization losses incurred as a result of an upgrade. We advise clients to take a backup of their site prior to any upgrade. YourWordPressExpert.com can carry out theme and plugin upgrades for an additional fee to ensure no customizations are lost.
17. Once the site is installed at the clients domain on the clients hosting account YourWordPressExpert.com is no longer responsible for the site. New website packages pertain only the creation of the site, no subsequent maintenance or support is included. YourWordPressExpert.com offers a ‘Website Redo’ service where we can perform updates to an existing website.
18. YourWordPressExpert.com is not responsible for any customizations or changes carried out by the client after the site is migrated to the clients hosting account.
19. Though YourWordPressExpert.com will keep clients development sites active for a period of time after the site has been migrated to the clients domain, it cannot be relied upon as a back up or test environment for future development work.
20. YourWordPressExpert.com reserves the right to refuse service.
21. This service does not include the creation of the PayPal buttons. You will need to sign up for an account with PayPal, and go to the merchant services area to create your buttons. Select options for your buttons, such as style, name and price. Once you have created your button PayPal will provide you with code, you will need to send this PayPal code to us and we will insert it into the appropriate place on your website.
22. This service does not include setting up an autoresponder, only adding the autoresponder form to your website. You will need to sign up for an autoresponder such as Constant Contact, Aweber or MailChimp. You will set up your autoresponder campaigns with your chosen provider and then you’ll be asked to create a form to capture your prospects information. As with PayPal, the autoresponder will provide code that you’ll need to pass to us. We will insert this code into the sidebar, other widget area or the body of a page. Unfortunately we are unable to add your autoresponder code to the heard of footer of your page. YourWordPressExpert.com will not edit the autoresponder code, but will provide you with dimentions and color codes so that you can create a form that fits and works well with your site.
23. YourWordPressExpert.com does not provide images. YourWordPressExpert.com will crop and resize images provided by you so that they work with your website. These packages do not include any further image editing beyong cropping and resizing, though we can do this if required for an additional fee.
24. YourWordPressExpert.com will not populate non-essential plugin fields with data. This includes but is not limited to inserting your keywords into the meta fields of an SEO plugin or adding events to a Calendar plugin. If however data needs to be entered in order for the plugin to function properly and not hinder the user experience of the site (e.g. adding your Twitter ID to a social media plugin) then this information will be populated as it is classed as a configuration change.
25. YourWordPressExpert.com does not offer copywriting services. We will insert text provided by the client into the specified web pages and format it so it is consistent with the rest of the website, but we are unable to write any of the content for clients.
